     vide application dated 09 / 04 / 2025.
2)   I say and declare that the application for registration of the
     real estate project named Rukhmini Heights is to be
     rrndertaken on land bearing, CTS No. L1497 /L49 to 1L497 /LSL
     Survey No. 131{P), Plot No. 1 to 3, situated at Bhokardan Road,
     Jalna, Makrarashtra admeasuring 3675.00 Sq Mtrs hereinafter
     referred to as tkre "Project land".

3)   I say, declare and undertake that ab on the date of subrnission
     of rny/our application dated O9/O4/2O25 for registration of
     the real estate project, Rukhmini Heights ttrere is/are no
     subsisting pending application subrnitted to MatraRera for
     registration to MahaRera for registration of real estate
     project(s) by whatever name called to be undertaken on the
     project land / part thereof or there is f are no rea-l estate
     project(s) by whatever name called, registered with MatraRera
     being executed on tkre project land / part thereof.
