  Project Rilkhrnini Heights do hereby on solemnly affirrnation
  state, declare and undertake as under:
1) I say and declare that as promoter have applied for registration
  of the real estate project Rukhmini Heights with MahaRERA
  vide application dated 09 / 04 / 2025.
2) I say and declare tkrat the application for registration of ttre
   real estate project named Rukhmini Heights is to be
   nndertaken on land bearing, crs No. rL49T /L49 to LL497 /LsI
   Survey No. 131(P), Plot No. 1 to 3, situated at Bhokardan Road,
   Jalna, Mahara.shtra admeasuring 3675.o0 sq Mtrs hereinafter
   referred to as the "Project land".
3) I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission
   of rny/our application dated o9/o4/2o25 for registration of
   the real estate project, Rukhmini Heights there is/are rro
   subsisting pending application subrnitted to MahaRera for
   registration to MatraRera for registration of real estate
   project(s) by whatever name called to be undertaken on the
   project land / part thereof or there is f are no real estate
   project(s) by wtratever narne called, registered with MahaRera
   being executed on ttre project land / pa.rt thereof.
4) I solemnly state, declare and. und.ertake that the contents of
   this Declaration - curn - Undertaking are true, correct and
 . binding upon me, tkre promoter & proprietor of the real estate
   project, Rukhmini Heights.
