     Director of ttre having rny office at G44/G46, Udhan Complex,
     Near Datta Mandir, Mastgad, Old Jalna, Jalna-43"J.2O3, Project
     Ruklirnfhi Heights do hereby on solemnly affirrnation state
     declare and undertake as under:
1) I say and declare that as promoter have applied for registration
   of the real estate project Rukhrnini Heights with MahaRERA
   vide application dated 09 /04/2025..
2) I say and declare that the application for registration of ttre
    real estate project named Rukhrnini Heights is to be
    r.rndertaken on land bearing, CTS No. L1497 /I49 to 1,L497 /15L
    Survey No. 131(P), Plot No. 1 to 3, situated at Bhokardan Road,
    Jalna, Maharashtra admeasuring 3675.O0 Sq Mtrs hereinafter
    referred to as the "Project land".
3) I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission
    of my/our application dated O9/O4/2O25 for registration of
    the real estate project, Rukhmini Heights there is/are no
    subsisting pending application submitted to MatraRera for
    registration to MahaRera for registration of real estate
   project(s) by whatever narrre called to be undertaken on the
   project land / part ttrereof or there is / are no real estate
   project(s) by whatever name called, registered with MahaRera
   being executed on ttre project land / part thereof.
4) I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of
     this Declaration - cum - Undertaking are trre, correct and
     binding upon me, the promoter & proprietor of the real estate
     project, Ruktrmini Heights.
