1) I say and declare that as promoter have applied for registration
  of the real estate project Rukhmini Heights wittr MahaRERA
  vide application dated 09 / 04 / 2025.
2) I say and declare that the application for registration of the
   real estate project named Rukhmini Heights is to                                     be
   rrndertaken on land bearing, cTS No. r1,4g7 /1,49 to LL497 /1,s1,
   Survey No. 131(P), Plot No. 1 to 3, situated at Bhokardan Road,
   Jalna, Maharashtra admeasuring 3675.o0 Sq Mtrs hereinafter
   referred to as the "Project land".
3) I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of subrnission
   of rny/our application dated og/o4/2o2s for registration of
   the real estate project, Rukhmini Heights there is/are no
   subsisting pending application subrnitted to MahaRera for
   registration to MatraRera for registration of real estate
   project(s) by whatever name called to be undertaken on the
   project land / part thereof or there is f are no real estate
   project(s) by whatever name called, registered with MahaRera
   being executed on the project land / part thereof.
4) I solemnly state, declare and r-rnd.ertake that ttre contents of
