1) I say and declare that as promoter trave applied for registration
     of the real estate project Rukhmini Heights with MahaRERA
     vide application dated 09 /O4 / 2025.
2)   I say and declare that the application for registration of the
     real estate project named Rukhrnini Heights is to be
   und.ertaken on land bearing, CTS No. 1'1'497 /1'49 to 1'1-497 /LSL
   Survey No. 131(P), Plot No. 1 to 3, situated at Bhokardan Road,
   Jalna, Maharashtra admeasuring 3675.00 Sq Mtrs hereinafter
   referred to as the "Project land".
3) I say, declare and undertake that as on ttre date of subrnission
   of rny/our application dated O9/O4/2O25 for registration of
   the real estate project, Ruktrrnini Heights threre is/are no
   subsisting pending application subrnitted to MatraRera for
   registration to MahaRera for registration of real estate
   project(s) by whatever name called to be undertaken on the
   project land / part thereof or there is f are no real estate
   project(s) by whatever name called, registered with MahaRera
   being executed on the project land / part ttrereof.
