     Near Datta Mandir, Mastgad, Old Jalna, Jalna-43 7203, Project
     Rukhririni Heights do trereby on solemnly affirrnation state
     declare and undertake as under:
1) I say and declare that as promoter have applied for registration
     of the real estate project Rukhrnini Heights with MahaRERA
     vide application dated 09 / 04 / 2025.
2)   I say and declare ttrat the application for registration of the
     real estate project named Rukhrnini Heights is to be
   nndertaken on land bearing, CTS No. 11497 /149 to 1.L497 /L51,
   Survey No. 131(P), Plot No. 1 to 3, situated at Bhokardan Road,
   Jalna, Maharashtra admeasurtng 3675.O0 Sq Mtrs hereinafter
   referred to as thre "Project land".
3) I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of subrnission
   of my/our application dated 09/O4/2O25 for registration of
   tlre real estate project, Ruktrrnini Heights there is/are no
   subsisting pending application subrnitted to MahaRera for
   registration to MahaRera for registration of real estate
   project(s) by whatever narne called to be undertaken on the
   project land / part thereof or there is f are no real estate
   project(s) by whatever rralne called, registered with MahaRera
   being executed on ttre project land / pafi thereof.
