1) I say and declare that as proffroter have applied for registration
     of the real estate project Ruktrrnini Heights with MahaRERA
     vide application dated 09 /O4/2O25.
2)   I say and declare that the application for registration of the
     real estate project narned Rukhrnini Heights is to be
     rrndertaken on land bearing, CTS No. LL497 /t49 to L'J.,497 /1,51
   Survey No. 131(P), Plot No. 1 to 3, situated at Bhokardan Road,
   Jalna, Maharashtra admeasuring 3675.00 Sq Mtrs hereinafter
   referred to as ttre "Project land".
3) I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of subrnission
     of rny/our application dated O9/O4/2O25 for registration of
     the real estate project, Rukhmini Heights there is/are no
     subsisting pending application subrnitted to MahaRera for
     registration to MahaRera for qegistration of real estate
     project(s) by whatever name called to be undertaken on the
     project land / part ttrereof or there is f are no real estate
     project(s) by whatever name called, registered with MahaRera
     being executed on ttre project land / part thereof.
4) I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of
     this Declaration - cum - Undertaking are trr'e, correct and
