A. Name of the organization is M/s. Tirupati Infra Jalna.

B. Name of project is "Rukhmini Heights" situated at property bearing CTS
   No. 11497 /149 to 11497 /tSL, Survey No. 131(p), plot No. 1 to 3,
   admeasuring 3675.00 Sq Mtrs, Bhokardan Road, Jalna.


1. we are aware that as per section apl (c & d) of RERA aet, 2016, read with
  Rules & Regulations made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals
  and commencement certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to
  be obtained from the Planning Authority / Competent Authority.


A. 2. Accordingly, we have obtained layout permission from office of the
   Collector Jalna, vide perrnission
                               no. L997/RB/ LAND/CR-325 on
   dated 1O/07 / I991. Which is part of CTS No. L7497/L49 to
   77497 /151, Survey No. 131(P), Plot No. 1 to 3, admeasuring 3675.00 Sq
   Mtrs, Bhokardan Road, Jalna.


3. Also, the commencement certificate/Building plans are approved by the
  owners of the CTS No. ll497lI49 to 1,14971151, obtained Building
  perrnission of cornrnercial & Residential cornplex frorn Chief
  Executive Office Jalna Municipal Corporation, Jalna-, outward.
            no.      2977 ,     vide permission no. pBcAR/ LL / 2024 on dated
            06/05/2024. For construction of 29 Commercial Shops & 64 Residential
            Flats total = 93 Units.
