3. Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor,
and to the best of my/our knowledge lAtr/e hereby certify that buildings D1-D2-D3 & D+Ds
has been completed in all aspects and is fit for occupancy for which it has been erected / re-
erected / constructed and enlaroed.


The D1-D2-D3 & D3-D5 buildings are applied for Occupancy Certificate/Completion
Certificate dated O5 iOq I 2OI8 to CIDCO, WALUJ MAHANAGR, AURANGABAD (Local
Planning Authority)
