1. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and
Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and
Development)(Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates of Interest
and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017.

2. I/We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Company, during the course of
our audit, which in my/our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.

3. I/We hereby confirm that I/We have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents, and the
relevant records of DEVANAND NARAYANRAO KOTGIRE (HUF) for the period ended 31-March-2020 and
hereby certify that:

i. DEVANAND NARAYANRAO KOTGIRE (HUF) have completed 100.00% of the project titled “DISHA
KUNJABAN PHASE III” Maha RERA Regn.No. P51500001537 located at Gut No 52/2 Part, Waluj
Mahanagar I, Aurangabad

and amounts collected till date i.e. 31-3-2020 is Rs.10,22,24,341.00

4. I/We certify that the DEVANAND NARAYANRAO KOTGIRE (HUF) has utilized the amounts collected for
DISHA KUNJABAN PHASE III project only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank
account(s) of the said project has been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of
completion of the project.

1. Architect Certificate has been considered as Basis for percentage completion of said Project

2. Details regarding Receipts & withdrawal of funds has been taken on the basis of information and
explanation provided by the management.

3. Present Status of the project is that the firm has completed construction of the project and project is
currently complete in all respect.

4. We have verified the books of accounts of the project and certify that the firm has completed the
project and overall amount received from customer is first utilized for completion of the project.
