certifying Completion of Construction Work of Building B-1 Wing/ Building of the project Hrim
SSky Phasse II City situated at Gut No.69 Satara, Aurangabad demarcated by its boundaries to

the to the North Open Space of same Layout to the South 12 mtr Internal Road to the East 15
mtr Road of Mahanagar palika to the West Gut no 64 satara of Division Aurangabad village
Satara Taluka Aurangabad District Aurangabad, PIN 431003 admeasuring 1950.45 sq.mts. Built

up area being developed by Ashok Jainarayan Baheti RERA No. P51500003253.
2. Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner     / Promoter :-
i0     Shri Rajesh Wargantwar as Structural Consultant
Shri Taher khan Daood Khan Pathan as Site Supervisor.
3. Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor; and

to the best of my/our knowledge I/We hereby certify that Hrim Ssky City Phase - II Building
81 Wing of the Building has been completed in all aspects and is fit for occupancy for which it

has been erected   / rc-erected / constructed and enlarged. The promoter of the project will take
completion certificate from the Competent Authority. (Local Planning Authority
