    2. Accordingly,               we       have       obtained layout                 approval          from Town Planning,
         Aurangabad. On 23-02-2016. For (G+3) & (P +3) Plot/ Building /Floors.

   3. Also, the commencement certificate/Building plans are approved by Town
         Planning, Aurangabad on 23-02-2016. Further, commencement certificate is

         granted up to FSI 4393.797 Sq.Mtr for G+ 3 &P+3 Floors.
