Station Road, Vazirabad, Nanded - 4316b1 (the "Promoter/Com pany" ) do hereby declare and
state that we have development rights in respect of all piece and parcel of land situated at
Municipal House trt'o 2-!2-220, Shet Survey No 85, CTS No. 3419, Vazirabad, Nanded - 431601
admeasuring 9757 .4 sq. mtr being at revenue village of Nanded in the sub-district and District of
Nanded, within the jurisdiction of sub-register office Nanded ("said land") and that there is a one
pending litigation details of which are stated below:


tn the Court of Hon'ble Civil Court Senior Division at Nanded bearing Special Civil Suit Case no 22/
2024 in between Shrikant s/o Laxmanrao Sirdeshpande Through GPA chaitanya s/o Shrikant
Sirdeshpande Versus State of Maharashtra Through Collector, Nanded and 20 others. The said
suit is file for Decree of recovery of Vacant possession, Decree of Damages, Decree of perpetual
lnjunction decree of declaration. Wherein the landowner is impleaded as Defendant no 5 and
concessionaire/ developer is impleaded as Defendant no 20 and 21. However, Hon'ble Court had
not passed any order for injunction or for stay or any other adverse order is passed against the
defendants therein by the said court till today. The next date of hearing in the said matter is fixed
on Dt.20/ Ot/ 2025.
