 SUBJECT: Report on Statement of Accounts on project fund utilization and withdrawal by M/s. Vision
          Venture (Project Name: Orchid) for the period from 0l /04 12020 to 311031202 I with respect to
              RERA Regn. Number P51500001044.
 l.    This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and
       Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra State Real Estate (Regulation and
       Development) Rules, 2017.

 2.    I/We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Promoter, during the course of
       our audit, which in my/our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.
 3.    I/We hereby confirm that UWe have examined the prescribed registers, Books of Accounts and
       documentsand therelevant recordsof IWs. Vision Venture for the period ended 31*March 2021 and
       hereby certify that:
       i. M/s. Vision Venture have completed 100% of the project titled "Orchid" having RERA
       Regn.No.P51500001044 dated 3110312021 and located at Plot No. 30-31, t5840190-91, Garkheda.
       Aurangabad.

       ii. Amount collected from Allottees during the year ended 3tl)3l202l for this project is Rs.
       1,09,00,000/- (excluding GST) and amounts collected from Allottees from inception oi pioject to till
       date i.e., 31 10312021 is Rs.6,14,93,9621 - (excluding GST).

       iii. Amount withdrawn-during the year for this project from Project Bank Account is Rs.1,49,72,3201-
       and total amount withdrawn from inception to till date from Project Bank Account is Rs. 10,32,60,4581-.


4.     I/we certify that, I/We have considered the various professional certificates i.e. Chartered Accountant
       Certificates, Engineer Certificate, Architect Certificates issued from time to time for withdrawal of
       money based on 0% of completion work.

5.     I/We certify that the M/s. Vision Venture has utilized the amounts collected for "Orchid" project only
       for this project and the withdrawal from the designated bank accoun(s) of the said project'has been in
       accordance with the proportion to the percentage of completion of the project.
