Developers., promoter of the proposed project do hereby solemnly declare,
undertake and state as under;

PLOT N0.1, admeasuring 480.80 Sq. Mtrs. Situated at WADI BK, NANDED
Pin code - 431605, on which the development of the project is to be carried
out and the promoter have avail right to develop the said property.



2. That the project land is free from all Finance encumbrances.
