                     REAL ESTATE PROJECT



Undertaking cum Declaration Pharande Developers Pan: AANFP1967C having its
office address: Shop No 1/7/466, Ashok Nagar, Shopping Complex, Nanded -
431605. Promoter of the proposed project Jaswand Apartment, duly authorized by
the promoter.


We, Pharande Developers, promoter of the proposed project do hereby solemnly
declare, undertake and state as under;


1. That the promoter has not created any security interest in the real estate project
bearing address at SR. N0.10/F (P), PLOT NO.1, WADI BK, NANDED. Pin Code -
431605 admeasuring 840.80 Sq. Mtrs. on which the development of the project is to
be carried out and the promoter have avail right to develop the said property.


2. That the project and land have no security interest created on it.
