1. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and
Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and
Development)(Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates of Interest
and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017.
2. I/We have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the Company, during the
course of our audit, which in my/our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.
3. I/We hereby confirm that I/We have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents, and
the relevant records of M/s Mahendra Landmark Promoter and Proprietor Mr Ramesh N Sodani
for the period ended 31.03.2019 and hereby certify that:

I M/S M/s Mahendra Landmark Promoter and Proprietor Mr Ramesh N Sodani have completed
65% (As per engineers certificate dated 30.07.2017) of the project titled Abhinav Super Market RERA
Regn. Number P51400010132, site located at Plot No 1872, A1-A6 at Ambad, Jalna 431204 (Part
Completion occupancy certificate received for Basement and Groundfloor from Municipal Council
Ambad dt 24.01.2018. )

ii) Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs. 16,62,500/-(70% Amt) of and amounts
collected till date is Rs. 3915000/- (70%) _

iii. Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs. 16,62,500/- and amount withdrawn till date
is Rs 3915000/-

4. We certify that the M/s Mahendra Landmark has utilized the amounts collected for the Project
Abhinav Super Market only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account(s)
of the said project has been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of completion of the
project.
        (If not, please specify the amount withdrawn in excess of eligible amount or any other
exceptions)
        Note : We have relied upon various certificates and forms submitted on Rera Portal (ie Form 1 ,
Form2, Form 3, Form 5 for FY 17-18 and statements declared by the promoter), to arrive at
proportionate cost of the project for arriving amount of withdrawal .
