                              Declaration-Cum-Understanding
I, Pramod Omprakash Toshniwal, adult, Indian inhabitant, Designated Partner at Siddhi
Developers having at my office at 1st Floor, Above Latur Urban Bank, Gurukrupa Market, G.G.
Road, Nanded - 431601 do hereby on solemn affirmation state, declare and undertake as
under:
   1. I say and declare that I being the Partner and Authorized Signatory of the Siddhi
      Developers, have applied on behalf of promoter, ie the said legal entity, Siddhi
      Developers with MahaRERA vide application dated 29/11/2024.

   2. I say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project named
      Sai Enclave is to be undertaken on land bearing Plot N 07 and 08 G N 107 PT Mo
      Kautha Nanded - 431746 admeasuring 573.11 Sq Mtrs hereinafter referred to as the
      ‘project land’.

   3. I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of my / our application
      dated 29/11/2024, for registration of the real estate project, Sai Enclave, there is /
      are no subsisting pending application submitted to MahaRERA for registration of real
      estate project(s) by whatever name called to be undertaken on the project land /
      part thereof or there is / are no real estate project(s) by whatever name called,
      registered with MahaRERA being executed on the project land / part thereof.

   4. I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration-cum-
      Undertaking are true, correct and binding upon me, the promoter of the real estate
      project, Sai Enclave.
