Dear Sir,

We, Siddhi Developers, are promoters of the proposed project Sai Enclave
situated on Plot N 07 and 08 G N 107 PT Mo Kautha Nanded - 431746. We,
have applied for MahaRERA registration of the above-mentioned project. As
per order 45/2023 we have asked our planning authority to mail sanctioned
commencement certificate to the designated mail id. They in return have
provided screenshot of mail sent.
Screenshot is attached as annexure with this letter. We request you to kindly
consider our case and grant us MahaRERA registration.
