Sir,
We, Shri Tirumala Civil Work Pvt Ltd, promoter of project Ramanuj located at
PLOTS NO. 12,13, 118 ΤΟ 147,150 ΤΟ 155, 185 ΤΟ 165, 168 ΤΟ 178 ON SY. NO.
38/A/1/1, SITUATED AT MOUJE WADI (BK.), NANDED, TQ. & DIST. NANDED.
413605 have applied for MahaRERA
registration of the foresaid project. As per latest query raised by your
department stating ‘Form 3 (CA Certificate) -, Reconcile number of units as per
Table C with registration application’
Sir, the above mentioned project ‘Ramanuj’ has total 60 row houses in total as
given in sanctioned plan & form 3 provided by CA. Recently it has come to our
attention that while adding buildings in MahaRERA application Building No 7
(Row House No 07 Plot No 122), Building No 8 (Row House No 08 Plot No 123),
Building No 18 (Row House No 18 Plot No 133) & Building No 21 (Row House
No 21 Plot No 136) has added double row houses in them. This was due to
human error and no malice or ill intentions were involved. Right now to rectify
this we have tried edit the building details but the edit button in MahaRERA
application is not active and hence we couldn’t move ahead.
We request you to please consider our case and grant us MahaRERA
registration of the same, and commit to correct the details immediately after
receiving MahaRERA certificate.
