      Plaza, Kautha, Nanded - 431603 (the "Promoter/Company") do hereby declare and state that we
      have development rights in respect of all piece and parcel of land situated at plot No. 1 cut No.
      98, admeasuring 2090.31 sq. mt at ASARJAN, District Nanded being at revenue village of Nanded
      in the sub-district and District of Nanded, within the jurisdiction of sub-register office Nanded
      ("said land") and that all rights and title in respect of the said land are free from all encumbrance.


      No security interest has been created on the said land, therefore no CERSAI report can be
      generated.
