The es mated Total Cost of project is with reference to the Civil, MEP and Allied works required for comple on of the apartments and propor onate comple on of internal & external works, as per speci ca ons men oned in agreement of sale and for the purpose of obtaining occupa on cer cate / comple on cer cate for the Building(s) / Wing(s) / Layout / Plo ed Development from the NWCMC, Nanded being the Planning Authority under whose jurisdic on the aforesaid project is being implemented. 4. The Es mated Cost Incurred ll date is calculated at Rs. 66,57,400 (Total of Table A and B). The amount of Es mated Cost Incurred is calculated on the basis of input materials /services used and unit cost of these items. 5. (*) Quan ty survey can be done by o ce of Engineer or can be done by an independent Quan ty Surveyor, whose cer cate of quan ty calculated can be relied upon by the Engineer.
