assignment as Architect of Certifying Percentage of Completion of
Construction Work for GVC SAPTAGIRI SIGNATURE, situated on the Plot No. 1
Gut no 98, Village Kautha Taluka- Nanded, District - Nanded, plinth area of
proposed is 675.86 sq.mts. being developed by M/S. GVC Developers.


1. Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter :-
(i) Mr. Shailesh Dandane as Architect ;
(ii) Mr. Sandesh Pa l as Structural Consultant
(iii) Mr. Sunil Shirsat as Site Engineer

Based on Site Inspection & information given by site engineer and owner/developers, with
respect to each of the Building/Wing of the aforesaid Real Estate Project, I certify that as on
the date of this certificate, the Percentage of Work done for each of the building/Wing of the
