      3. Also, the commencement certificate/Building plans are approved by Town Planni ng Nanded
      Washala CiW Municipal Corporation, Nanded (Planning authority/ Competent Authority) on
      L2lO9l2O23. Further, commencement certificate is g ranted for Proiect GVC Gan eadham Skvila
      for 1 Building upto 2 stilt + 9 Floor. (Out of approved total l building upto 2 stilt + 9 Floor.)

      4. Further, commencement certificate/ approvals, as and when approved will he uploaded un-
      der document section of this project immediately.
