I, Uttam Kishanrao Bachewar proprietor Rudransh Real Estate, promoter of project Ramanuj A located at
Plot No 01 to 07, 227 to 230, 250 to 265, Survey No 38/A/1/1, Mouje Wadi (BK.), Nanded – 431602. have
applied for MahaRERA registration of the foresaid project.
Sir, the Building Plan & Commencement Certificate issued for the above-mentioned project was against
name Sharad Kishanrao Wadgaonkar, Ramesh Balaprasad Mamidwar, Mahiwal Martand Muttepawar,
Anupama Sharad Wadgaonkar & Uttam Kishanrao Bachewar.
The building plan and commencement certificate were issued to previous owner Sharad Kishanrao
Wadgaonkar, Ramesh Balaprasad Mamidwar, Mahiwal Martand Muttepawar, Anupama Sharad
Wadgaonkar & Uttam Kishanrao Bachewar who later sold the said land along with all the rights on
20/01/2024 to me i.e. Uttam Kishanrao Bachewar proprietor Rudransh Real Estate via registered sale deed
vide registration number 937/2024. The copy of sale deed is attached as annexure with this letter.
I, request you to kindly consider my case and allow MahaRERA registration of the said project under name
Uttam Kishanrao Bachewar proprietor Rudransh Real Estate.
