I, Uttam Kishanrao Bachewar proprietor Rudransh Real Estate, promoter of project Ramanuj A located at
Plot No 01 to 07, 227 to 230, 250 to 265, Survey No 38/A/1/1, Mouje Wadi (BK.), Nanded – 431602 have
applied for MahaRERA registration of the foresaid project.
Sir, recently it has came to our attention that the building plans and commencement certificate attached for
the registration of the above mentioned project have allotted similar identification numbers to different
row houses on various plots. While the issue raised by your department is true I as promoter confirm that
this was an inadvertent mistake and was not a result of any ill intent.
I, Uttam Kishanrao Bachewar, commit to resolve this issue in revised permission and upload the same
along on the MahaRERA portal as soon as possible. I hereby request the department to please consider my
case and grant me MahaRERA registration certificate for the same.
