Near Bhalerao Hospital, Nanded - 431601(the "Promoter/Company'') do hereby declare that we have a
two commencement certificate in a single project. The one commencement certificate is for Row house
development & the second commencement certificate is for Apartment development in the same
layout. So, I hereby declare that I want a single RERA registration for two different commencement
certificates of the same project.
