  2. We have obtained layout approval from Town Pla nnt    Nanded Waehala Citv Municioal Coroora-
  tion. Nanded (Planning authority) on 22lt0l2o2l (Date) for project A R Khivani Citv - Sukoon Tower
  A Building upto Basement + Ground Floor + Seven Floors.

  3. Also, the commencement certificate/Building plans are approved by Town Planning Nanded
  Waghala Citv Municipal Corooration, Nanded (Planning authority/ Competent Authority) on
  22l,.012023. Further, a commencement certificate is granted up to the Basement + Ground Floor +
  Seven Floors. (Out of approved total Basement + Ground Floor + Seven Floors.)

  4. Further, commencement certificate/ approvals, as and when approved will he uploaded under
  document section of this project immediately.
