431750 (the Promoter/Company) do hereby declare and state that we have development rights in
respect of all piece and parcel of land situated at Gut No. 113, admeasuring 3500 sq. mt. at Mauje
Kasarkheda, District Nanded being at revenue village of Nanded in the sub-district and District of
Nanded, within the jurisdiction of sub-register office Nanded (said land), and that all rights and title in
respect of the said land are free from all encumbrances.


No security interest has been created on the sald land, therefore no CERSAI report can be generated.
