                      DEVIATION RE PORT ON A GREEMEN T FOR SAIE

            The following points mentioned here are deviation from the
                                                                         agreement for sare as proposed
            by the MAHARERA:-


           Clause 11 (A) & (B):

             'l   1. The Ailottee shail on or before of the derivery of the said premises to the
           allottee keep deposited with the promoter the following
                                                                            amounts.
           Al Rs 1,00,000/- towards the rife time deposit for the maintenance of
           society to be formed (the said amount shal be deposited
                                                                       in the account orthe
           society and the society may utirized the interest of said
                                                                     amount for maintaining
           the society. The society shail in no case withdraw the deposit
                                                                              amount of Rs.
           1,00,000/- in any case and shail have right to use the
                                                                  interest thereon).
           B]      Rs. '10001 for the share money, apprication entrance fee
                                                                            of the society
           or limited company / federation / apex body.
