                                         Our Responsibility: –

                                         I/We are responsible for carrying out the work in accordance with the development permission and
                                         as per the approved plan and submit cer cate of supervision of work and to carry out material
                                         tes ng in-situ or in the authorized laboratory and to ensure quality of work and workmanship as per
                                         prescribed speci ca ons, and as per NBC and or other relevant code of prac ce.

                                         1. lnput Materials, Fixtures and Fi ngs

                                         I/We hereby cer fy that all Construc on material. Fixtures and Fi ngs with regard to the ooring,
                                         Electrical. Sanitary  ngs etc and ameni es to be provided by the Promoter in the said Project,
                                         building and the Apartment as are as per speci ca ons men oned in Schedule of Ameni es and
                                         Speci ca ons of Agreement of Sale.

                                         For those items, where no speci ca ons have been men oned in agreement of sale. the materials.
                                         Fixtures and Fi ngs used conform to the relevant BIS Standards / IS Na onal Building codes or as per
                                         industry standards.

                                         2. Workmanship - I/we hereby cer fy that work has been carried out under our supervision. We
                                         further cer fy that workmanship and quality is sa sfactory and up to the mark and the work has
                                         been acceptable within the permissible limits of devia ons as per relevant code of prac ce.

               The structural design of buildings in this project has been done under his supervision The formwork
               and concrete mix design has been done as per lS 10262:2009 or as per other relevant codes as
               applicable. His periodic checks and cer cates for STABILITY and SAFETY have been kept on record.

               4. Preserva on of records: –

               Record of all test results of this project have been properly kept in the prescribed formats and will be
               preserved at least up to the defect liability period or for the period as required by any other
               provision of law.

               5. Please specify materials or any other item of work which were not conforming to the
               speci ca ons as men oned in the Agreement for sale:
