Nanded, District Nanded, PIN 431601 admeasuring 611.70 sq.mts. area being developed by IWs
Jai Kedamath Enterprises, Nanded.

 l. V Suhas S. Karmalkar have undertaken assignment as Architect /Licensed Surveyor of
certifying completion of construction work of Row Houses I to 5 of Sanman Woods situated on
the plot bearing C.N.No. /CTS No.467ll2 and 467113 /Survey no.54/ Final Plot no 2 (part) of
Village Yazfuabad, Taluka Nanded District Nanded, PIN 431601, admeasuring 611.70 sq.mts.
area being developed by IWs Jai Kedarnath Enterprises, Nanded.


2. Following technical professionals are appointed by owner / promoter:
 (i) Shri Suhas S. Karmalkar / Architect
(ii) Shri Ganesh Tiwadi as Structural Consultant
(iii) Shri M. Adil as MEP Consultant
(iv) Shri M. Adil as Site Supervisor

3. Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor; and
to the best of my/our knowledge I/We hereby certify that Row Houses (l to 5) of the Sanman
Woods project situated on the plot bearing C.N.No. /CTS No.467ll2 and 467113 /Survey no.54l
Final Plot no 2 (part) has been completed in all aspects and is fit for occupancy for which it has
been constructed. The Row Houses (l to 5) of Sanman Woods is granted Occupancy
CettifrcatelCompletion Certificate bearing number 10612019 Dated 25/0i12019, by Nandei
Waghala City Municipal Corporation Nanded.
