parcel of property bearing lvlun. No. 1-.17-gOO Survey No. 53 of village
Asadullabad, Nanded, bearing PR Card No. 18633 (new) 834.1(old) situated
at Srinagar, Nanded, within the limits of NWCMC, Nanded., totally
admeasuring 3464 sq. mtrs., more particularly described in Schedule of
Property below, and issued Search and Tifle Report on Dt. 30.07.2Oj7.

Nanded., totally admeasuring 3464 sq. mtrs. and is surrounded as under:-

     East: Property of Nilekar
     West: lnternal Road
     North: Road
     South: Police Colony

      That, I have searched lndex - ll Register of the Office of Sub_
Registrar, Nanded in respect of the abovementioned property and during my
above search I have not found any kind of encumbrances created by Jinen
Developers over the said property. Thus, I hold that the abovementioned
property is free from all encumbrances.
