bearing Survey no. 96/5, demarcated by its boundaries ( latitude and longitude of the
end points) to the North – Galli, to the South – Plot on Shri Bele, to the East –
Agriculture Land of Shri. Bele, to the West – Road, of Village – Dewai Govindpur
Rayyatwari, Taluka & District Chandrapur, PIN 442401 admeasuring 517.202 Sq.
Mts. area being developed by [Shree Construction ]
Sir,
         I/ We Eng. Vikrant Bhute have undertaken assignment as Architect /Licensed
Surveyor of certifying Completion of Construction Work of “Tanush Residency” of the
Building situated on the plot bearing Survey no. 96/5, bearing 517.202 sq.mts. area being
developed by [ Shree Construction ]
l. Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter :-
      (i) M/s/Shri/ AR. Vikrant Bhute as L.S. / Architect
      (ii) M/s /Shri. P. T. Mhase as Structural Consultant
     (iii) M/s /Shri P. T. Mhase as MEP Consultant
     (iv) M/s /Shri Kailash D. Dhore as Site Supervisor
2. Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor;
and to the best of my/our knowledge I/We hereby certify that “Tanush Residency” of the
Building has been completed in all aspects and is fit for occupancy for which it has been
erected / re-erected / constructed and enlarged. The “Tanush Residency” of the Building is
granted Occupancy Certificate bearing number CMS/TP/262/2021, dated 12/08/2021.
