         This clarification letter is given with reference to our application No. REA50500166326 for
 registration under MahaRERA, in the project called "ANAND GLORY II", duly promoted and
 developed through its promoter M/s. ANAND INFRA (Landowner).

      It is to be clarify with reference to query NO. 5 in your email Date. 06/11/2025, kindly refer
 clause 24 of the Deed of Partnership Date. 06h April2023 (already uploaded on the MahaRERA
 portal), where the promoter/landowner M/s ANAND INFRA had already mentioned that the "Shri.
 Ravindra Gulabrao Kode, Shri. Kailash Gangadhar Thakre and Shri. Tukaram Vyankatrav Gode
 jointly shall authorize to execute the Sale-deed,.              .", hence, this clause clarifies
 that the Shri. Chandrashekhar Murlidhar Raut does not need to remain present and allof the partners
 were well-being aware and agreed albout such condition.

       However, the sale deed bearing registration No. NGN7-9951-2023 Date. 27/09/2023 had been
 registered in the name of M/s ANAND INFRA only, in the capacity of partnership as agreed as per
 clause 24 of the Deed of Partnership Date. 06h April2023, through its partners Shri. Ravindra
 Gulabrao Kode, Shri. Kailash Gangadhar Thakre and Shri. Tukaram Vyankatrav Gode. Just for
 this reason 7/12 extract reflets name of Shri. Ravindra Gulabrao Kode, Shri. Kailash Gangadhar
 Thakre and Shri. Tukaram Vyankatrav Gode, but it firstly shows M/s ANAND INFRAthen through
 its partners shows name of Shri. Ravindra Gulabrao Kode, Shri. Kailash Gangadhar Thakre and
 Shri. Tukaram Vyankatrav Gode.

    Therefore, the above facts are only for general purpose and does not adversely affects the
 interest of proposed buyers/customers/Plot holders.

     Hence, this is our clarification letter. Kindly, accept this facts and issue us our registration
 certificate as early as possitble.
