We the promoters and owners of Plot No. 11 in Block ‘R’ out of the sanctioned layout of
THE SCIENTIFIC CO-OPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY LIMITED, NAGPUR admeasuring 100 Ft.
x 80 Ft. equal to 8000 Sq. Ft. (OR 743.1024 Sq. Mtrs.) being a portion of the entire land
bearing Kh. Nos. 4/1, 4/2, 7/2, 24, 25 and 26/1-2-3-4 of Mouza – AJNI, P.S.K. 9, bearing
Corporation House Nos. 333, 333/1, 333/2, 333/3, 333/4, 333/5, 333/6, 333/7, 333/8,
333/9, 333/10 and 333/11, City Survey No. 348 and Sheet No. 34 of Mouza – AJNI, situate
at Scientific Society, Laxminagar, Nagpur, within the limits of the Nagpur Municipal
Corporation Ward No. 75 in Tahsil and District – NAGPUR do hereby state, declare and
undertake as under:

   1. We say and declare that, the promoter M/s Shreeniwas Homemakers
      have applied for RERA registration of a real estate project Shree Laxmi Vyankatesh
      Apartments with Maha RERA.
   2. As per the Development Agreement executed between promoter and landowners
      dated 16/09/2021 in favor of the promoter M/s Shreeniwas Homemakers, the
      promoter has agreed to develop and allot following units in this proposed project
      and the details regarding the same has been also mentioned in Form 3 (Table C).

      accounts for the project Shree Laxmi Vyankatesh Apartments
   4. We state, declare and undertake that, the contents of this Declaration-cum
      undertaking are, true correct and binding upon us.
