                                   Declaration Cum Undertaking



I, Abhishek Dadhe, adult, Indian Inhabitant, a Partner of the M/s Shreeniwas Homemakers having my office at
Plot No 35, M-001, Mezzanine Floor, Shrika Corporate, Behind Gulmohar Hall, Pandey Layout, Khamla Road,
Nagpur - 440025 do hereby on solemn affirmation state, declare and undertake as under:
    1) I say and declare that I being a partner and authorized signatory of M/s Shreeniwas Homemakers have
       applied on behalf of promoter, i.e. the legal entity M/s Shreeniwas Homemakers, for registration of the
       real estate project, Shree Laxmi Vyankatesh Apatments, with MAHARERA vide application dated
       20/03/2025.

    2) I say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project named Shree Laxmi
       Vyankatesh Apatments is to be undertaken on land bearing Land admeasuring 743.1024 Sq Mtrs
       being a portion of the entire land bearing Kh. Nos. 4/1, 4/2, 7/2, 24, 25 and 26/1-2-3-4 of Mouza – AJNI,
       P.S.K. 9, bearing Corporation House Nos. 333, 333/1, 333/2, 333/3, 333/4, 333/5, 333/6, 333/7, 333/8,
       333/9, 333/10 and 333/11, City Survey No. 348 and Sheet No. 34 of Mouza – AJNI, situate at Scientific
       Society, Laxminagar, Nagpur, within the limits of the Nagpur Municipal Corporation Ward No. 75 in
       Tahsil and District – NAGPUR


    3) I declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of our application dated 20/03/2025 for
       registration of the real estate project Shree Laxmi Vyankatesh Apatments there are no subsisting pending
       application submitted to MAHARERA for registration of real estate project by whatever name called to
       be undertaken on the project land / part thereof or there are no real estate projects by whatever name
       called, registered with MAHARERA being executed on the project land/ part thereof.

        I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration -cum- Undertaking are true,
        correct, and binding upon me, the promoter of the real estate project Shree Laxmi Vyankatesh
        Apatments.
