I, Abhishek Dadhe, Authorised Partner of the New development project named &
styled "Shree Laxmi Vyankatesh Apartments" hereby declare that there is no
CERSAI Report generated as the land is free from all types of encumbrances and
there is no security interest charged for Project: "Shree Laxmi Vyankatesh
Apartments".
