                             35/5, Mouza – Gorewada, Tah. & Distt. – Nagpur, total plottable
                             area 2951.191 Sq. Mtrs.

     1. We are aware that as per section 4[2] (c & d) of RERA act. 2016, read with Rules &
        Regulations made there under, an authenticated copy of approvals and
        commencement certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to be obtained
        from the Planning Authority / Competent Authority.

     2. Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval from Nagpur Municipal
        Corporation, on 30-04-2021, for 112 flats (56 Units in Wing – A – Satpuda and 56
        units in Wing – B – Sahyadri units), as per sanctioned plan dated 05-02-2025, for
        Plotted Development Scheme.

     3. Also, the commencement certificate / Building plans are approved by Nagpur
        Municipal Corporation, on 30-04-2021. Further, commencement certificate is
        granted for 112 flats (56 Units in Wing – A – Satpuda and 56 units in Wing – B –
        Sahyadri units), having a total of 112 units / flats (56 Units in Wing – A – Satpuda
        and 56 units in Wing – B – Sahyadri units); is granted for 112 Habitable flats (Out of
        approved total 112 units / flats, having a total plotable area 2951.191 Sq. Mtrs.)

     4. Further, commencement certificate / approvals, as and when approved will be
        uploaded under document section of this project immediately.

appropriate fields)
