Clarification and Reply to Queries Raised for “GOVIND RESIDENCY - III” Project

Dear Sir/Madam,

We, BHAVYA INFRAVENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, through our Director and
Authorized Signatory Shri. Murlidhar Govindram Wadhwani, having our office at F-8C,
Achraj Towers-II, Chhaoni, Nagpur-440013, submit the following clarifications
regarding our Residential Scheme “GOVIND RESIDENCY - III” admeasuring 1343.16
sq.mtrs, situated at Plot No. 5 and 6, Khasra No. 145, Mouza – NARA, Malik Makbuja
Nara-145, Nagpur-440014, bounded as under:

      East: 9.00 M Wide Road
      West: 9.00 M Wide Road
      North: Other Layout
      South: Other Layout

Clarification and Reply to Queries

   1. Commencement Certificate Confirmation
       Query: E-mail confirmation from the competent authority for
       verification/authenticity of the Commencement Certificate is awaited.

       Reply: The CC mail is being sent on 23/05/2025 with Tracking ID
       2025051475
   2. Permissible FSI Discrepancy
      Query: The permissible FSI of the project (Sanctioned Built-up Area in sq. mt.)
      does not tally with the sanctioned plan. Kindly correct it as per the sanctioned
      plan and highlight the same on the plan.
      Reply: The FSI has been corrected in line with the sanctioned plan.




   3. Sanctioned Floors and Parking Details Mismatch
      Query: The number of sanctioned floors/parking as mentioned in the building
      details does not tally with the sanctioned plan.

      Reply: The number of sanctioned floors is correct — the sanction is for Ground
      + Seven floors = Total 8 floors. However, the plinth is shown as ‘0’. If this is
      required to be corrected, we request that the application be reverted from
      Desk 2, as the building tab is currently frozen.
