Z. Accordingly, We have obtained Building Permit/Layout approval from HINGNA NAGAR
PANCHAYAT (Planning Authority) for LZ Plots of area 2160.06 sq mtr as per sanctioned
layout plan dated 01-/O4/2025 vide Approval Letter No. NPHIN lLFl2025lAPLl00021 _

3. Also, the Commencement Certificate/Building Plansareapproved by Collector [NMRDA)

Authority) for 1Z Plots of area 2160.06 sq mtr [Out of approved total1,Z Plots of 2160.06
sq mrr area) vide RCS No. 46/NAP-34./Prastu-1./2024-25 on27 /0312025. Further, commencement
certificate is granted up to plinth/ with zero FSI/ NA Habitable Floors. (0ut of approved total
