parcel of land bearing plot Nos. 120 & 121 A, out of the sanctioned layout of the
Khamla plot Holders Co-operative Housing Society Limited, Nagpur, containing by
admeasurement 1323.87 Sq. Mtrs. (OR 14250 Sq.Ft.) being a portion of the entire land bearing Kh.
Nos. 71,72 and 73 of Mouza KHAMLA, P.S.K 9, including all connections, fittings, electric and water
meters and all other easementary rights appurtenant and belonging thereto and including also the
proportionate share in the common areas and facilities provided to the said building , bearing City
Survey No. 2098/181 and sheet No. 40 (OldNo.234/1), situated at pande Layout, Khamla, Nagpur,
within the limits of the Nagpur Municipal Corporation Ward No. 75, in Tahsil and District –
NAGPUR.

1. We are aware that as per Section 4(2) (c & d)of RERA act, 2016 read with Rules & Regulations made
there under, a authenticated copy of approvals and commencement certificate, sanctioned plan and
layout are required to be obtained from the Planning Authority/ Competent Authority.

2. We have obtained Sanction approval from Nagpur Municipal Corporation, on 21/01/2025 via
Building Permit No 279550 and Permit no NMO/B/2024/APL/03292 for 1 No of Building for Ground
plus Seven Floors at land bearing plot Nos. 120 & 121 A, out of the sanctioned layout of the Khamla
plot Holders Co-operative Housing Society.

3. Further, Commencement certificate/ approvals has been obtained via Building Permit No 279550
and Permit no NMO/B/2024/APL/03292 for 1 No of Building at land bearing plot Nos. 120 & 121 A,
out of the sanctioned layout of the Khamla plot Holders Co-operative Housing Society. Further
Commencement certificate/ approvals has been granted for Ground plus Seven Floors out of the Total
Ground plus Seven Floors.
