           Gangamai Infrastructure for registration of the real estate project PILKA TOWN
           with MahaRERA vide application dated 08/01/20 25.

        2) I say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project
           named PILKA TOWN is to be undertaken at land bearing Kb.No. 59/3, Ph No-40,
           Mouza Pilkapar, Tab. Nagpur (Gramin), Dist. Nagpur•
                                                                     admeasuring 24789.021 Sq.
           Mt hereinafter referred to as the" Project Land".


        3)    I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of our application

             dated 08/01/20 2S, for registration of the real estate project PILKA TOWN, there is/
             are no subsisting pending application submitted to MahaRERA for registration of real
             estate project(s) by whatever name called to be undertaken on the project land/ part
             thereof or there is/ are no real estate project(s) by whateve r called, registered with
             MahaRERA being executed on the project land/ part t~ereof.

        4) I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this declaration-cum
