my/our self acquired property.
 As per the Title Search Report of Adv. Sandeep Shastri dated 13/03/2025, property specified
in "Schedule of the Property" is free from encumbrances of all kinds.
We based on the tile search Report further states that,the said property specified in 'Schedule
of the Property" is free from all type of Legal encumbrances and litigation.
