Mahurzari, situated in Tahsil: Nagpur (Gramin), District: Nagpur, 441501 hereby
declare that the specified property is free from all encumbrances.

While we downloaded the asset as well as debtor based based CERSAI report of above
mentioned property several times, the report is not showing any details about the
mortgage.
