                                 Declaration-Cum-Undertaking

 I ShriShrihari Jiyalal Chaudhari, Indian inhabitant, Partner having my office at Plot No.3 Sneh
 Nagar Khamla Nagpur-440025. do hereby on solemn affirmation state, declare and undertake
 as under:


     1) Tsay and declare that Ibeing the Partner and authorized signatory of Wainganga
          Lifestyle,have applied for registration of the real estate project Wainganga Lifecity
          with MahaRERA vide application dated 12/01/2025.

      2) say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project
          named Wainganga Lifecity is to be undertaken at land bearing KH. No. 204/1,
             P.H. No.42, Mouza -Jamtha Tah. Nagpur (Gramin) Dist. Nagpur admeasuring
          19005.41 Sq. Mt hereinafter referred to as the " Project Land".

     3)    Isay, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of our application
          dated 12/01/2025, for registrationof the real estate project Wainganga Lifecity, there
          is/are no subsisting pending application submitted to MahaRERA for registration of
          realestate project(s) by whatever name called to be undertaken on the project land /
          partthereof or there is / are no real estate project(s) by whatever called, registered
          with MahaRERA being executed on the project land/ part thereof.

     4) Isolemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this declaration-cum
          Undertaking are true,correct and binding upon me, as well as the promoter
          Wainganga Lifestyle of the realestate project Wainganga Lifecity.
