1. Name of project with CS/CTS/survey no. - WAINGANGA LIFECITY" situated at KH.
No.204 1,P.H. No. 42, Mouza -Jamtha Tah. Nagpur (Gramin) Dist. Nagpur.

2. We areaware that as per section 4[2](c &d) of RERA act, 2016, read with Rules &
Regulations made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals and commencement
certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to be obtained from the Planníng
Authority / Competent Authority.

3. We have obtained the Final Approval from NMRDA on 05/02/2 025 vide approval
no : NMRDA/LF/2025/APL/00269 for 117 Plots.

4. Also the layout approval plan is approved by NMRDA (planning authority/ competent
authority).
5. Further, the Final commencement certificate /building plans is uploaded under
appropriate fields.
