                       Declaration-Cum-Undertaking
I / We : REINFORCE INFRA, Through its Partner MR. ANIKET REVNATH KHIRKEKAR is the
Promoter of the development project named & styled “RAJAT PLAZA” having my office at Plot
No. 125A, Wasundhara Co-operative Housing Society, Besa, Nagpur, Maharashtra - 440034.
do hereby on solemn affirmation state, declare and undertake as under:


   1. I say, declare that I am being the authorized representative of “REINFORCE INFRA,
      Through its Partner MR. ANIKET REVNATH KHIRKEKAR” have applied on behalf of
      promoter, ie. the the said legal entity REINFORCE INFRA, Through its Partner MR.
      ANIKET REVNATH KHIRKEKAR for registration of real estate project “RAJAT PLAZA”
      with MahaRERA vide application dated 12-11-2024

   2. I say, declare that the application for registration of the real estate project named
      “RAJAT PLAZA” is to be undertaken on land Plot No. 29/1/1Part Land, admeasuring
      about 0.15 H.R. as per 7/12 Extract and 1489.85 Sq. Mtrs. as per Release Letter bearing
      Permit No. 581, dated 02.08.2023 and as per Amendment Letter of R. L. dated 24.01.2024,
      being a portion of the entire land bearing Kh. No. 29/1/1 of Mouza Ghogali (Gramin), P. H.
      No. 38, situate at Ghogali (Gramin), Nagpur, within the limits of the Besa-Pipla Nagar
      Panchayat, in Tahsil Nagpur Rural and District – NAGPUR hereinafter referred to as the
      "project land"

   3. I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of my / our application
      dated 12/11/2024, for registration of the real estate project, “RAJAT PLAZA” , there is
      / are no subsisting pending application submitted to MahaRERA for registration of real
      estate project(s) by whatever name called to be undertaken on the project land/ part
      thereof or there is / are no real estate project(s) by whatever name called, registered
      with MahaRERA being executed on the project land/ part thereof.

   4. I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration-cum-
      Undertaking are true, Correct and binding upon me, as well as the promoter
      REINFORCE INFRA, Through its Partner MR. ANIKET REVNATH KHIRKEKAR of the real
      estate project “RAJAT PLAZA”.
