I, REINFORCE INFRA, Through its Partner MR. ANIKET REVNATH KHIRKEKAR hereby certify sthat there is
following deviation with respect to ALLOTMENT LETTER uploaded on Rera Website with respect to the
Model Form of Allotment issued by the MahaRERA for the Flat / Apartment / Commercial scheme.
     1) Our project is sanctioned as Flat / Apartment / Commercial scheme so the paragraph with
        regarding the details of Plots is not applicable to us and is so deleted from our Allotment Letter
        which is reproduced below:
        “This has reference to your request referred at the above subject. In that regard, I/ we
        have the pleasure to inform that you have been allotted a Plot bearing No(s)
        ________admeasuring _______ Sq Mtrs. equivalent to _________ Sq ft. in the Project
        known as _____________________, having Maharera Registration No. ____________,
        hereinafter referred to as “the said unit” carved out from the land bearing C. S. No(s)
        _________ /CTS No(s)________ /Final Plot No(s) _______ /Survey No(s) _______ / Hissa
        No(s) _______ / Gat No ________Khasra No(s) ______ Plot No(s) ______ lying and being
        at Village _______ Taluka _______ District _____ admeasuring _____ Sq Mtr for a total
        consideration of Rs._____________ (Rupees ________________________________ only)
        exclusive of No DeviationGST, Stamp duty and registration charges”.

     2) That there are No Deviation in allotment letter uploaded on site and a draft provided by MAHA
        RERA
