Declaration regarding CERSAI


I/ We REINFORCE INFRA, Through its Partner MR. ANIKET REVNATH KHIRKEKAR is the Promoter of
the development project named & styled “RAJAT PLAZA” We have also checked on CERSAI site but
we are not able to generate the said report as we have not taken any loan for the project. There is
no security interest charged on this project. There is no financial security
mortgage on this said plot/ land.
Please Consider the same and allow the project to register.


                                SCHEDULE OF THE PROPERTY

ALL THOSE Pieces and parcel of land bearing Plot No. 29/1/1Part Land, admeasuring about 0.15 H.R.
as per 7/12 Extract and 1489.85 Sq. Mtrs. as per Release Letter bearing Permit No. 581, dated
02.08.2023 and as per Amendment Letter of R. L. dated 24.01.2024, being a portion of the entire land
bearing KH NO 29/1/1 part Mouza Ghogali (Gramin), P. H. No. 38, situated at Ghogali (Gramin),
Nagpur, within the limits of the Besa-Pipla Nagar Panchayat, in Tahsil Nagpur Rural and District –
NAGPUR We are aware that as per section a[2] (c & d) of RERA act. 2016, read with Rules & Regulations
made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals and commencement certificate, sanctioned plan
and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning Authority / Competent Authority and
bounded as under :- being developed by, REINFORCE INFRA, Through its Partner MR. ANIKET
REVNATH KHIRKEKAR and bounded as under:
